I started in property at 19. No online portals, no digital marketing, no social media. What there was, and what has never changed, was the importance of people, trust and genuinely understanding what home means to someone.
Over 35 years later, having worked across the UK and now based in the Vale of Glamorgan, my approach is rooted in those same values. Only now it is more refined, more strategic, and far more focused on the area I know and love.
Being Welsh and living in the Vale, I feel deeply connected to this place. It is not simply where I work. It is where I belong. That matters when it comes to how I talk about properties, how I attract buyers and how I understand what clients are really looking for.
